Student Profile: Children, adolescents, and young adults on the autism spectrum who face complex challenges and have high personal-attention needs. Typical diagnoses include Autism Spectrum Disorder; Social Pragmatic Disorder; Nonverbal Learning Disability; Reactive Attachment Disorder; ADHD; Developmental/Intellectual Disability; Dual Diagnoses of Autism and Co-Occurring Conditions including Visual and Hearing Impairments; and other related disorders. Our students benefit from small class size, high teacher-to-student ratio and nurturing structured student-life activities. Many of our students may have difficulty with social interaction, executive functioning, and abstract non-literal communication.
